Bode George blasts Fashola over alleged N78m website scam

Lagos—FORMER Deputy National Chairman of the Peoples Demcoratic Party, PDP, Chief Olabode George, yesterday, berated former governor of Lagos State, Mr Babatunde Fashola for allegedly spending N78 million to build a website, describing the move as a “reckless misappropriation.”

Nigeria's President appoint Lagos State Executive Chairman

Nigeria’s president, Muhammadu Buhari,  has concluded plans to appoint the Executive Chairman Lagos State Board of Internal Revenue and Chief Executive Officer Lagos State Internal Revenue Service, Babatunde Fowler, as Chairman of the Federal Inland Revenue Service (FIRS).

According to a PM News source, Fowler’s appointment will be made public in the next few days. Babatunde Fowler will take over from Mr. Samuel Ogungbesan who is currently the Acting Executive Chairman of the Federal Inland Revenue Service.
The Lagos LIRS chair began his career as a marketing intern with Avon Products Inc. New York, before moving to Johnson and Johnson in New Jersey USA, under a MBA International Development Program lasting one year, thereafter he was transferred to join Johnson and Johnson Nigeria between September 1982 and September 1983.

Pedro joins Chelsea for £21.4m
